那些年

20 Nov

Just caught the Taiwanese movie ‘You Are the Apple of My Eye’. Its set up is a little similar to ‘A Crazy Little Thing Called Love’ but I liked this one a lot more. Shall do a proper review tomorrow! Enjoy the theme song for now.

最后一幕我竟然泪流满面。
是啊,人生本来就有很多事是徒劳无功的。
那些幼稚、不知所谓的年岁,不尽圆满,却又无可取代。
向所有人的那些年致敬。

Excited for your review, the trailer looks interesting and indeed similar to CLTCL. It’s possible that it’s on air here as well, I’ll have to check the listings. Must be good if you like it more than its counterpart 🙂

Haa, I guess it depends on what you’re looking for in your movie. Hope you had a good coffee and massage today!

Hi J! I did have a nice time… spent hours at Anomali, in my opinion one of the best coffee shops ever. Luckily I made it home in time because the thunder’s clapping and the sky’s falling.
Did you have a nice day? It doesn’t look like this movie is airing in Jakarta so I might just read your review and to heck with spoilers 🙂

It’s raining in Singapore too. I have on some Norah Jones music with a cup of hot tea, great way to spend what remains of my weekend and prepare for the long week ahead. 😉
Are you the sort who reads spoilers? Although dramas and movies are best enjoyed not knowing anything so the planned shocks and surprises pack a punch, I simply cannot resist reading spoilers when I’m interested in something. XD

You know J, that really depends. I’m a really strange individual and there’s no rhyme or reason on why I do things. For instance if I like a pair enough and it’s going to be awhile before I get to see them together, I usually can’t resist the spoilers (like Yadech) and pray that the lakorn lives up to the hype. Sometimes I get lucky and other times no. I guess like you it depends on what I’m interested in. I am a pretty fickle fan. If there’s a movie I know I’m going to watch, I steer clear of reviews and or spoilers. But I would come back and read what everyone has to say to see if I agree heeh. The same goes for my favorite authors- I refuse to even hear what people say!
I’m listening to Colbie Caillat with a cup of steaming tea too 🙂
